I don't eat it since it's not technically vegetarian. Last year at Thanksgiving, my in-laws inquired about why I don't eat it and my husband just HAD to tell them. The looks on their faces were priceless (and hysterical) and now it's been nearly a year since any of them ate it either. And if you don't know what gelatin is made from, don't Google it.
