		<description>Hey Kath, I feel your pain.  I used to flood my basement regularly in NJ when the washer drained into the slop sink, and a rag always seemed to slip down and plug
 up the drain...we were just lucky that area was unfinished.  Glad to hear your problem is solved and the basement is water free!!</description>
